Shipping & Returns
The Daniel is handmade in Union City, New Jersey at Leatherworks by Arturo. Manufacturing may come with unforeseen obstacles and delays - unfortunately that is the reality in the fashion, or well, any industry. However, I am confident that our factory and fabric suppliers will deliver your products in time.We are currently taking pre-orders to meet our production minimum order. Currently, we intend to ship pre-orders by January 2018. If there are ANY delays whatsoever, you will be first to know.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of item receipt. Items must be in unused brand new condition with no damages. We must receive the package back in our office within 10 days of return request. (USPS, UPS and FedEx are all good shipping options). Shipping is non-refundable.

Please be sure to include a copy of your original order email in package. In addition, please include your full name (first and last) inside the box. That way we can make sure you get your refund accordingly. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect your return.
We will refund the order, minus shipping charges, once the item arrives and is deemed re-saleable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
Exchanges are accepted within seven days of item receipt (just as returns). Exchanges are held to the same standard as Returns, ie. bags must arrive in completely unused and re-saleable condition. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
We will send an invoice if there is a difference in cost between the two bags (or refund, if needed). The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Typical processing time for exchanges is 1-2 weeks from the time an exchanged item returns to our shop.
ShippingWe offer free domestic shipping via USPS ground service. We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. International Orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and will be calculated at checkout. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit. We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package!
